Sarah did an absolutely wonderful job on my hair, and created such a welcoming environment with her bubbly personality. Effortlessly took me from a dark red to my natural light brown, and my hair feels SO healthy and taken care of! I couldn’t say enough good things! Going into a salon is nerve wracking for me, and she put me right at ease with my results!

Wow wow wow!!!!! Erin did a wonderful job. I’ll definitely recommend her for a haircut. This is the best haircut I ever had in 5 years. She is brilliant at her job. She explained me in detail on what she was gonna do and the outcome was exactly the way she said. Great ambience, professional staff and good customer service. Prices are a bit high but I agree for the service they provide☝️ ! $65 buck for an women’s perfect hair cut should be a decent price I guess.

I had been to this salon prior for haircuts and enjoyed my experience. I went back to get my hair cut and colored 1 week before my wedding. I was blonde and wanted to go to a lighter brown color. I sensed some confusion and hesitation right away from my stylist. After a fill, color, and lightening I left with gray / blue green hair that was too matted to brush. The process took 4 hours. I ended up going somewhere else to fix it, having to cut off 4 inches of my already shorter hair and spend hundreds on treatments so it wouldn't break off.

I had such a wonderful experience here! I highly recommend you make an appointment with Terra. She did such a fantastic job on my daughters hair. She walked her through every step and was so efficient. Her personality is so vibrant that you trust her immediately. The results were so beautiful that I can't wait to come back and have her do my hair!!

Just got my roots done here and still lots of grey hairs, super inconsistent application. Mistakes happen, but less forgivable was when I built up the courage to call them and tell them I was unhappy with the results and they said they would need to check with the stylist for pricing on that. $108 and 2 hours in the chair and they want me to pay to fix roots that look like this?

NOT TRUSTWORTHY- I usually don't share negative reviews as I understand things happen but I'd like to share how disappointing my experience was with Hair District Collective Eden Prairie! There are certain things that are BASIC to your profession & negligence with that leads to customer dissatisfaction. I called them around 3 weeks before my event to get an appointment for an updo. They asked me what I wanted & I very clearly described a Special Occasion updo with side braid etc (basically provided maximum details).They said had a stylist available & that they would like me to come in for a consultation on October 4th & booked my appointment for event date on October 7th (consultation is just to meet with stylist in advance, so things can be quick on The day) When I walked in for my consultation appointment, the first thing this stylist says to me "Let me be honest with you, I don't really do updos, but I wanted to see what you want before I turn a service down” I mean... you either do updos or you don't. You don't wait until 3 days before someone's event to turn a service down (for something you knew you don't even do) when they can't find an appointment elsewhere!! clearly described what I wanted. They said they don't have any other stylist available. It was 7pm on Wednesday & Saturdays are so busy for the salons! I was hosting an event at my place & didn't have flexibility on timing as much as well & had to check with multiple salons & everyone was full. I was lucky to find an appointment (not at my desired time) but we planned the day in a way that I could step out a little close to the event start time. If you don't have someone to do what the customer wants, Say No!!! What they did was absolutely opposite of what this industry should do. You clearly knew it was a special occasion appointment & what I needed. There was no reason for you to book my appointment if you didn't have the right person available. If this was sickness or any other emergency, I totally understand but this was pure negligence. When I told what happened to the stylist who actually did my hair.. she said "That's absolutely bizarre & we never do that in our profession... if we are even slightly uncomfortable doing what the customer wants, we say No right away" I hope they take the feedback & correct this before it happens to anyone else!! I shared this on Instagram & so many other people messaged about their negative review of them!
